Questions
Which PDFs work?
The ones with selectable text. A scan with no text layer cannot be typed, because there are no letters to compare.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no email: everything is saved in the browser you are using.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The PDF is opened and stored in your browser. That is why the app keeps working offline.
Does it work on a phone?
You can read, but typing needs a physical keyboard. A tablet with its keyboard works well.
What does it cost?
Today it costs nothing and there is no account to create. If anything ever became paid, it would be announced here first.
What about my progress?
It is saved per book and per page, in your browser. You can export it to a file from Settings and take it with you.
